Tween & Teen Yoga Classes
Session: January 10 – February 7 (5 week session)
Place: The Wagnalls Memorial Community Building
This class is appropriate for tweens and teens ages 10+. Each class will include physical poses, breath practice, meditation and time for deep relaxation. No yoga experience is necessary. Bring a mat!
Drop-ins are welcome any week. Cost is $10 per class. Cash and credit card are accepted.
Elizabeth Wood is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200). She has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years.
