Library Classes

The library offers weekly and monthly classes for children and adults. Come learn and grow with us!

Weekly Storytime

Who:  Ages 3, 4 and 5

What:  We will offer a “Trip Around the World”.  Each week your children will learn about a different continent through activities, fingerplays, and books while walking through the gardens with their adult.

When:  September 8 – October 29 (8 weeks).  Tuesday 10am-5pm, Wednesday 10am-5pm, Thursday 10am-3pm.  The child comes on the registered day to help with social distancing.  If you come between 10 and 12, a Storytime leader will be there to read stories.

Where: Outside in the gardens

How:  Registration is REQUIRED (Beginning Wednesday August 19) by phont 614-837-4765 ext 118, Children’s desk only!

On the first week, each registered child will receive a “travel bag” with a passport and items to learn about the continents.  Each week, each registered child will receive activities to reinforce their learning.

Please bring a towel to sit on if you are coming during the 10 to 12 time for the story.

Please follow the Governor’s face mask guidelines, and please be thoughtful of our staff.

Adult Yoga
Explore ways to reduce stress, increase flexibility, build strength and improve balance in a welcoming environment. Each class will include physical poses, breath practice, meditation and deep relaxation. No yoga experience is necessary. Bring a mat!
Fee: $10.00 per session.
