Yoga Classes

Adult Hatha Yoga

Dates: Jan. 9, 16, 23 and 30, Feb. 6 and 13


Time: 6:30-7:30pm


Place: The Wagnalls Memorial Community Building


Explore ways to reduce stress, increase flexibility, build strength and improve balance in a welcoming environment. Each class will include physical poses, breath practice, meditation and deep relaxation. No yoga experience is necessary. Bring a mat!


Drop-ins are welcome anytime. Cost is $10 per class. Cash and credit card accepted.

Tween & Teen Yoga Class


Dates: Jan. 11, 18, 25, Feb. 1, 8, 15


Time: 6:30-7:15pm

This yoga class is designed for tweens and teens ages 10+. Explore ways to reduce stress, increase flexibility, build strength and improve balance in a welcoming environment. Your Instructor

Elizabeth Wood is a certified and registered yoga teacher (RYT 200). She began practicing yoga more than 10 years ago as a means to feel better, inside and out, while living with chronic medical issues.


She enjoys working with both kids and adults, and especially those who like the thought of, but are intimidated by, yoga.
